Job Summary We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment. Duties - Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company. - Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary. - Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times. - Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. - Utilise Google Suite and other software for scheduling appointments and managing calendars. - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently. - Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements - Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred. - Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and computerised systems. - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential. - Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. - A friendly demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
