  • Welcoming guests to the Resort
  • Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
  • Responding to day-to-day enquires
  • Ensuring that guest information and welcome packs are correct and ready for issue
  • Having a strong Resort knowledge
  • Dealing with guests face-to-face, by email, and over the telephone
  • Completing daily administrative duties
  • Using in-house systems, alongside Word and Excel
Hours of Work:This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)Shift patterns will fall between the hours of 7.30am - 10pmQualifications
  • Proven experience within a customer-facing role
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Confident in speaking with both new and returning guests
  • The ability to quickly build a positive relationship with guests
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Computer literate with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous experience of administrative tasks would be an advantage
