Job Introduction

Rapport is currently recruiting for a Receptionist who is looking for a new challenge to stimulate their exceptional service skills.

Our Client\'s brand new beautiful offices are based next to London Liverpool Street Station. The role is based on the client floor and centrally located being just a stone\'s throw away from the train station. There is a great working relationship between the team and the client.

The client is an award winning global bank, head-quartered in Toronto Canada with their London office being their European Headquarters. Our client operate globally all over different parts of the world.

This is a Monday - Friday role, 40 hours per week with shifts between 08:00 and 18:00

Role Responsibility

In this role you need experience of working within a customer-facing environment where you will have focused on delivering a positive customer experience at all times. You will be maintaining meeting rooms and carrying out admin tasks. You need to be a strong and confident communicator and multitasking will be big part of this role; Handling phone, emails, printing and binding, meeting rooms and supporting catering team with the meeting rooms set up.

Main responsibilities will be to:

  • Meeting and Greeting all guest,
  • Booking client meeting rooms,
  • Working with hospitality and other service partners to deliver exceptional service.
  • Support client with facilities tasks and adhoc office duties.
