Our Client\'s brand new beautiful offices are based next to London Liverpool Street Station. The role is based on the client floor and centrally located being just a stone\'s throw away from the train station. There is a great working relationship between the team and the client.
The client is an award winning global bank, head-quartered in Toronto Canada with their London office being their European Headquarters. Our client operate globally all over different parts of the world.
This is a Monday - Friday role, 40 hours per week with shifts between 08:00 and 18:00
Role Responsibility
In this role you need experience of working within a customer-facing environment where you will have focused on delivering a positive customer experience at all times. You will be maintaining meeting rooms and carrying out admin tasks. You need to be a strong and confident communicator and multitasking will be big part of this role; Handling phone, emails, printing and binding, meeting rooms and supporting catering team with the meeting rooms set up.
