As a Reception and Cafe Bar Team Member, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.

What will you do?
Provide a warm and welcoming reception service to all guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, answering the telephone, taking bookings and dealing with general inquiries
Assist with shop work, such as restocking, processing sales
Assist in the cafe bar, cooking and serving pizza and serving beverages, cashing up and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in both the reception and cafe bar areas
Take the role of emergency responder (training will be given, week commencing 19th May 2025)
Work collaboratively across the whole park team, assisting with other departments, such as Accommodation
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills. A passion for creating memorable experiences for guests is essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work long periods of standing/physical activity and work unsupervised.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential.
A willingness to take a hands on approach to supporting the whole park is required.
