Real Estate/projects Paralegal
Job Description
A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, are looking for a Real Estate/Projects paralegal in their London office. The role is permanent and will involve supporting the team, delivering a high level of service to clients, where you will gain valuable exposure to a broad range of property work in their busy and friendly team.
Specifically, you will be managing your own caseload of high-volume property sales, handling both shared ownership and outright sales, assisting in relation to stair casing matters and residential acquisitions and disposals, dealing with requisitions raised by HMLR, SDLT Returns, alongside a host of general paralegal duties.
The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently with minimal supervision in a calm and efficient manner at all times.
Additionally, candidates must be highly organised, possess excellent academics, including a good law degree, and excellent IT and organisational skills.
Any experience of dealing with Housing Associations would be a distinct advantage.
