Real Estate Solicitor
Job Description
A legal 500 law firm in the West Midlands with offices in Solihull and Worcestershire is seeking to appoint a real estate litigation solicitor to join their knowledgeable commercial litigation department.
Sitting alongside both the litigation team and the commercial property team, your role will be to solely focus on real estate litigation with a view to building and developing this practice area for the firm. The firm offers hybrid working along with a real commitment to invest in your personal and professional development, not just within your discipline but across areas such as compliance, business development etc.
The litigation team itself has around ten people plus support. These individuals are taking on the property litigation but do need a specialist to come in and purely focus on the growth of this work. The work load will consist of matters to include, lease renewals, ease termination, Dilapidations, break notices to name a few etc.
Our client is looking for at least three years experience in this area of law or would consider a generalist looking to specialise in property litigation.
