My client, a Legal 500-ranked firm for their excellent property team, are currently seeking a real estate solicitor to join their established and friendly team in Southampton. This team strikes a perfect balance between high-quality work and an inclusive and collegiate working environment, with matters covering a wide variety of responsibilities on behalf of some standout clients, this is an ideal role for solicitors seeking a more personal touch with leading work.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for tackling a range of work including:

• Lease transactions
• Buying and selling leasehold and freehold commercial property
• Refinancing transactions
• Buying and selling business assets
• Complex land transfers and more

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Experience in a variety of commercial property matters
• Methodical and organised in your approach to work and clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
