Job Description
Our client who are a leading international firm are now seeking a real estate solicitor to join their highly reputable team in Edinburgh.
You will be working within a team where you will be surrounded by the expertise of highly skilled solicitors with an abundance of experience.
Your role will involve a wide variety of high quality property matters including - dealing with issues around site acquisition for housebuilders, disposals, forward funding, affordable, mixed use, site set up and all related issues including planning, infrastructure, real estate tax, and construction.
To be considered for this real estate solicitor opportunity you will ideally have gained experience of dealing with a range of real estate matters in similar environment. An enthusiastic, energetic and a pro-active approach are a must!
