The Role
A vacancy has arisen within the Commercial Property & Healthcare Property team in our Leeds office. The role with involve working across various aspects of commercial property including investment, real estate finance, development, acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work,.
In terms of healthcare; we buy, build, sell, scale, develop, dispose and finance our clients\' health and social care property. We have experienced significant growth in our property work in this sector over the last couple of years. This growth is set to continue, with major tender wins on high profile projects and clients across the country.
Not only will you develop your technical skills and knowledge, you will also have plenty of opportunity to meet clients, grow your own network and develop other business development skills.
The successful candidate will be an experienced commercial property solicitor able to take on and run an existing caseload. You would be joining a busy and expanding team and would have the chance to be part of, and help shape, our ambitious growth plans as a firm, therefore there is significant potential for fast career development.
