The opportunity This is a rare chance for a senior real estate lawyer ready to take the step up to join a truly forward thinking firm at a leading UK and international law firm in Belfast. The team This is nationally regarded real estate team, headed up by a collegiate partnership with years of expertise working for national and international clients across a diverse range of sectors. The successful candidate will join the well established team in Belfast, forming part of a much larger national team, and have responsibility for helping to contribute to the future development and growth of the Belfast real estate offering. The role The successful real estate solicitor will have the opportunity to develop this role as they see fit and will have the full backing and support of the existing partners to enable them to realise their ambitions. The day to day role will be extremely varied and rewarding with the opportunity to work with clients and colleagues across the globe and to develop your own practice. The candidate This senior real estate opportunity would suit a Belfast based senior real estate solicitor (5 PQE+) with significant experience and a strong network both locally and nationally. You will be ambitious, and keen to service you clients in a collaborative, innovative and transparent manner. You will also have gained experience at a highly regarded local or national practice and feel comfortable leading on complex real estate matters. You will also demonstrate strong business development skills and the strength of character to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at every level.
