Our client is a highly regarded City of London firm seeking an NQ lawyer to join its growing Real Estate team. The RE practice at the firm is very busy and is the focus of the firm\'s strategic growth, hence the need for a junior lawyer to join the expanding practice.

The firm is highly reputable, attracting premium clients and top quality work. Often work is referred to this firm from Magic Circle firms due to conflicts. In particular, for the Real Estate team, the varied work includes development work, corporate occupier work and commercial property investment purchases, for a range of clients including Middle Eastern clients, well known hotel and restaurant brands, global venture capital companies and UHNW individuals and family offices.

Culturally, the firm is unique in providing such top tier work, while maintaining a genuinely friendly and personable environment, where partners consistently provide support to junior lawyers. The different departments work very collaboratively across the firm, adding to the collegiate atmosphere.

In order to be considered for this role, you:

• Must have completed a Commercial Real Estate seat during your training contract;
• Ideally will have trained at a comparable City firm, or a strong regional firm with a good property practice;
• Will be confident assisting partners in business development activities, as well as having excellent technical legal expertise;
• Will have strong academic grades;
• Will have a proactive mindset and be willing to take initiative as an NQ.
