Job Description
Our client, a highly regarded full service law firm in London, is looking to secure a Real Estate Litigation Lawyer for an initial contract of 3 months. The role is to start ASAP.
The successful individual will be joining a ranked real estate litigation team, and can expect to have superb exposure to a varied caseload, working closely with Partners. The caseload will include all aspects of property litigation, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, real property disputes, party wall and rights of light work, TLATA claims and professional negligence matters, and potentially leasehold enfranchisement matters.
Due to the nature of the requirement, the successful lawyer is likely to be qualified in England & Wales; possess upwards of 3 years\' PQE in handling a varied real estate litigation caseload; have gained their experience in notable city teams or top tier regional real estate litigation teams and be available imminently to commit to a three month contract.
Ideally, the successful lawyer will be able to commit to 2-3 days per week in the London office, although further flexibility can be discussed on a case by case basis.
