Most pundits expect a somewhat cooler real estate market then of late and, whilst this real estate focused global law firm does not disagree with this prognosis, because it continues to grow its share of the pan-European investment and development market, it remains keen to expand.
In London, the firm has an elite full service real estate investment and development offering supported by a strong construction, REF and market leading PERE funds offering, however, due to continued growth, the firm now considers that it is a tad underweight at partner level in direct real estate.
