The ideal candidate will have trained at a City Law Firm and have experience in landlord & tenant and investment work. Extensive Commercial experience would be seen as an advantage.
The role will be of a level which would normally be suitable for individual with up to 6 years post qualification experience, however if necessary competencies can be demonstrated by candidates from outside of this they may be considered. Whilst London experience is advantageous, the law firm is open to applicants coming from property practices in the regions but must be UK Qualified Lawyers.
The main focus of the role will be on acting on development projects for private property companies, entrepreneurs, hotels, hospitality & leisure and high net worth individuals, and report to a Partner and work within a wider Commercial Property team.
