They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3/4 year PQE Real Estate Finance Associate Solicitor to join their team. As a key member of the Real Estate Finance team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile transactions, and to work with some of the most respected and experienced lawyers in the industry.

In this role, the Real Estate Finance Associate Solicitor will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of real estate finance transactions, including acquisition and development finance, refinancing, and debt restructuring. They will also be responsible for drafting and negotiating finance documents, conducting due diligence, and providing general support and guidance to clients throughout the transaction process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of PQE, and will have a strong academic background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
