Job Description
Senior Associate, Real Estate Development Location: Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire offices - flexible. BCL Legal are working with a leading regional law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate to join their dynamic real estate team, with a major focus on development work. The majority of your clientele will be national developers. You will also have the opportunity to work on a generic caseload of commercial property work assisting the team on land acquisition and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and corporate support. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of PQE with specific expertise in working with local and/or regional developer clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in dealing with various residential and commercial development matters and will possess strong business development skills, including networking and targeted marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to progress within a reputable firm, with a competitive salary ranging from \xc2\xa370-95,000. The firm also offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days in the office, and a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
