12 Month Contract \xe2\x80\x93 Immediate Start
800-950 per day
Our firmly established and highly respected digital transformation client specialises in the financial sector. Covering market data, trading, technology, and compliance, they are well placed to deliver complete solutions for the largest of financial institutions. They now have an immediate need for an experienced React / Typescript Developer to complete a minimum 12-month contract.
React / Typescript Developer Responsibilities:
- Work closely with portfolio management, trading, compliance, and technology teams
- Deliver cutting-edge innovative software solutions
- Understand, engineer, and deliver business requirements
- Focus on feasibility, scalability, stability, and time-to-market
- Degree in Computer Science or closely related field
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Deep expertise in an object-oriented programming language - C# preferred
- Intermediate or better knowledge of SQL and experience writing production queries against one or more SQL DBMS
- Experience with Python, React, CSS, AWS, MSSQL, NoSQL, a plus
- Experience working in Agile Development / SCRUM Methodologies, a plus
- Experience with basic DevOps techniques, including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
