You will play a critical role during key transitions, such as hospital discharges, crisis management, and care package breakdownsCandidates must be available to travel nationally up to 150 miles from their address, including overnight hotel stays when required (fully reimbursed).As part of our Rapid Response Team, you will deliver exceptional care to individuals with complex needs across the following areas:

• Adult Complex Care
• Paediatric Complex Care
• Rehabilitation Services
• Spinal Cord Injury Care
• Huntingtons Disease Care
• Cerebral Palsy Care
• Brain Injury Care
• Severe Mental Health Care
• Locked-In Syndrome Care
• Multiple Sclerosis Care

• Muscular Dystrophy Care

• Monday to Friday Days (8am8pm): 317.00/hr
• Monday to Friday Nights (8pm8am): 318.00/hr
• Saturday & Sunday Days (8am8pm): 319.00/hr
• Saturday & Sunday Nights (8am8pm): 320.00/hr
• Sleep night: 370.00/ per night
• Live in daily rate: 3120.00 daily
• Flexible Shifts: Rotational shifts covering days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Travel Reimbursement: Travel expenses are fully covered Milage: 0.28/ per mile
