Radio Remote Control Technician
RHC Lifting is offering an exciting Radio Remote Control Technician Apprenticeship, providing hands-on experience with advanced wireless control systems for cranes and lifting equipment. Apprentices will learn from industry experts, develop electrical and programming skills, and earn valuable qualifications while getting paid.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of radio remote controls Developing technical knowledge and skills in this specialist field Contributing to the company's engineering expertise
Training & Qualifications:
Engineering Operative Level 2 (focus on engineering operations) Training at City of Bristol College (Advanced Engineering Centre) Entry requirements: GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade 4/C)
Additional Details:
Duration: 2 years Location: Workshop-based in Yate (BS37 5PG) Uniform and PPE provided 25 days holiday plus public holidays Pension Scheme & Employee Assistance Programme * Progression: Become a fully qualified Radio Control Technician, specializing in installation, maintenance, and repairs
