We are currently recruiting an experienced, talented and very capable souschef.
The right candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a souschefrole with a good knowledge of food and an ability to run a fast paced kitchen in the head chefs absence.
For this role we will be looking to split this position between both of our venues so essentially a sous chef of two kitchens. We feel this is a good position that will keep the right candidate interested and driven due to not being stuck in the same place all the time.
You will need good leadership a full understanding of HACCP, EHO rules and regulations and to run a kitchen efficiently. You will also be expected to follow all recipes provied to an exact.
We offer a salary of 19-22k depending on experience, paid monthly with a weekly share of tips.
28 days holiday per annum
We are a very fast growing company with 2 venues and a third one due to open around summertime next year so based on that there's also room for chefsto progress to their next level.
