About The Role

Critical purpose of the role:

• Ensure high quality of plans are delivered by every template surveyor within the business
• Assist templaters with queries they may have regarding the survey
• Audit the templates taken on site and work with the team to correct any errors found to improve the customer experience
• Work towards reducing all errors within the business
• Training of new features in the planner, process and product
• Seen as the expert and go to person within the business for planner and quartz product related queries

Main Responsilbilities:

• Provide constructive feedback on opportunities identified within the planner, systems and training to improve efficiencies
• Carry out worktop plan checks on all showroom orders with Xena Quartz prior to contracting
• Provide feedback to template surveyors following a plan check, addressing errors identified
• Provide training and development with the relevant template surveyors when errors are identified
• Complete daily reports to log the plans checked, training sessions carried out and timesheet for the day
• Attend regular meetings with your peers to offer improvement feedback and share ideas
• Identify and report to the Template Training Managers, any additionl training requirements required within their team
• Audit plan annotations from the template to ensure standards are being met
• Attend new product launches and train out where required
• Attend training sessions for new launches/improvements and changes to the planner system to ensure you have an unrivalled knowledge of the planner
• Record and update training plans for all template surveyors
• Manage and update template equipment, ensuring that the teams have the necessary equipment
• Record audits and prepare performance reports
• Log all time sheet submissions

About You

Essential:

• Excellent attention to detail and error checking skills
• Highly organised, able to manage own time and multi-task
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Be process-driven and analytical while working efficiently
• Problem-solver, willing to think outside the box with a positive attitude
• Strong computer skills - confident picking up new softwares

Desirable:

• Exceptional skills in using design software LT55 2D-3D planner system
• Knowledge of kitchen design/installation and legislation
