Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for various property repair projects. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements. Conduct site visits to assess work progress and verify compliance with specifications. Analyse tender documents and prepare detailed reports on costs and budgets. Provide advice on procurement strategies and contract negotiations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the insurance industry. Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
