Job Description

Our client in Yorkshire is looking for an experienced QS to join their team in Yorkshire. They work nationally, and have multiple offices across the UK. Project sectors include industrial, commercial, retail amongst others, and they are involved in both new build and refurbishment projects.

The role will consist of preparing costs and estimates for tenders as well as current projects. They will also be involved in managing and mentoring Assistant QSs, whilst reporting to and working with Senior QSs to deliver projects within budget.

They will be overseeing multiple projects simulataneously, liaising with Contracts Managers throughout the construction and visiting sites across the North East/Yorkshire area. This means a UK driving license is essential.

Our client is looking for a team player who can help to manage expectations of stakeholders, with a willingness to improve and show resilience during changing situations.
