Job Description
They are actively seeking to add a Quantity Surveyor who will specialise in new build, refurbishment, fit-out, healthcare, and transport projects.
The role is based in Northern Ireland, Monday to Friday, full time, permanent position, no travel.
Managing commercial projects throughout Ireland valued up to \xc2\xa310M.
Day to day:
- Working to deliver tender and CAPEX agreed costs.
- Appointing sub-contractor works packages.
- Appointing labour only works packages.
- Managing monthly valuations from sub-contractors.
- Submission of monthly valuations.
- Compiling variations for submission and agreement.
- Agree sub-contractor Final Accounts.
- Compiling Final Account for submission and agreement.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 5 years full time experience in a surveying role.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Word and Excel packages.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
