Job Description
A modern and professional Cost Consultancy is looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their Bournemouth office.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
Reporting to the Directors, the new Quantity Surveyor will manage projects from inception to completion as well as assist Senior Quantity Surveyors with day-to-day management of the team.
The new Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to an array of interesting projects including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Education, Healthcare and Office sectors.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Strong Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience within a UK Consultancy
- MRICS or working towards ideally
- Degree qualified
- Strong pre and post contract experience
- \xc2\xa335,000 - \xc2\xa345,000
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Progression to Senior QS
