Enterprise Technology is the Technology organisation responsible for the design, build and ongoing maintenance of the systems owned by the Group Functions (Risk, Compliance, Finance, Core Banking, Corporate Functions and Deputy COO). The organisation consists of over 8,000 people working in collaboration across 14 countries, to support over 3,000 applications Role Description: We are looking for a new member to join our growing Qualtrics Employee Experience Management pod within HRIT to support the delivery of an ambitious \xe2\x80\x9ccontinuous listening\xe2\x80\x9d employee experience programme, which will seek to deliver relevant and timely surveys to employees across all stages the employee lifecycle, using the Qualtrics SaaS technology. These surveys will better enable HSBC to understand employee feedback and deliver targeted improvements and interventions to improve the overall colleague experience The successful candidate will join a newly formed Agile pod, consisting of HRIT and Employee Insights team members, to deliver the continuous improvement product backlog and provide day to day application support for the Qualtrics platform.
