Position: Quality Technician - NIGHTS
Location: Derby (DE74 2BB)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off (18:00 - 06:00)
Salary: \xc2\xa324,000 - \xc2\xa327,000 (dependent on experience)

• Ensure compliance of operation towards quality management system and regulatory requirements by auditing the site operation
• Ensure product compliance to agreed product specifications through the WI/SOP/ process. Support customer and other third party audits as they occur
• Complete all Quality related investigation using the CAPA principles as requested by the Quality Manager
• Implement and supervise the adherence of Quality Management System (15 Global Quality Standards) and Quality BASICS
• Investigate the risk of business disruptions and implement identified mitigation

Knowledge on DHL Supply Chain Quality Management System (QMS) - Global Policy & Objectives, Global Quality Manual, 15 Global Quality Standards, Quality BASICS, Sector/Country/Site Quality and Regulatory requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good facilitation skills

Good presentation and project management skills

Ability to enter and process data to generate reports in a timely manner

Experience in auditing ( desirable)
