We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management systems, particularly in ISO or GDP (Pharma) principles, and will be responsible for analysing data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our customer products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with ISO / GDP standards.
Conduct regular audits of distribution processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
Prepare reports on quality metrics for management review and decision-making.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections.
Foster a culture of quality awareness throughout the organisation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a quality management role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO / GDP principles and quality assurance methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
