We are looking for an experienced and driven Quality Manager to join our team at iCAM Engineering Limited. As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our quality management processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management System (QMS) to 9001 standards

Quality Assurance

Team Leadership

Continuous Improvement

Supplier Quality

Data Analysis

Auditing

Documentation

Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in quality management with engineering experience preferable

In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001)

Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools

Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on root cause analysis.

Relevant certifications (e.g. Six Sigma, Certified Quality Manager, 8D) are advantageous

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technologies

Experience in implementing grass roots QMS procedures

Experience in managing NCR's

Degree preferable but not mandatory

5 years + in a similar quality role
