GSG are recruiting for a Quality & logistics Supervisor to support and lead the Quality and logistics operation of a Healthcare pathology contract in South East London.

What your day looks like:

Operations

Overseeing and Managing drivers and route progress throughout the day Ensuring sickness and holidays are covered adequately Driver welfare and support Ensure KPI's & SLA's are being met Support with collections Client queries and investigations Ensure a high standard of Customer service is provided by yourself, the CS team and the drivers Support the contract manager in the day to day running of the site

Quality

Driver compliance audits (Uniform, processes & procedures, performance) Vehicle checks and vehicle maintenance (working alongside fleet team to ensure vehicle compliance) Monitoring of vehicle temperatures and reports New starter paperwork and maintenance of existing employees H&S Client related quality standards Supporting the Contract Manager with any internal Quality related processes

Job Overview

Monday - Friday. 35,000 Per Annum. 28 days holiday (incl. Bank Holidays). Regular 9-hour shift - 09:00 - 18:00 working hours Uniform and Training will be provided. Mobile phone will be provided.

You have a proven track record of delivering great customer service You can work to agreed deadlines You have previous experience in a logistics background (Team leader, shift manager, supervisor) Logistics in healthcare is a bonus Have a valid, clean driving licence Able to provide training to new drivers Flexible and adaptable to changing demands of the contract Able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a large team
