Proclinical are recruiting a Quality Engineer for a CMO. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Devon.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for evaluating and approving documents, for example: deviations, yearly product reports, non-routine batch status change requests, CAPA\'s, calibration non-conformances, etc.
• Contribute to quality driven initiatives in the constant assistance of quality improvements.
• Assist the operations in reducing line stopes and rejections linking to quality concerns.
• Offer contributions to deviation investigation and corrective action plans.
• Appropriate containment and correction actions will take place to prevent further processing or delivery of non-conforming resources in the event of non-conformance.
• Guarantee that the sampling is accomplished effectively and efficiently aligned with ISO standards and present SOPs where investigations need additional sampling.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare organisation.
• Educated to a degree or similar level.
• Expertise on pharmaceutical legislation with a comprehension of GMPs.
• Compliance based oriented.
• Acquaintance with the principles of lean management and constant improvement, with the ability to exhibit contributions in lean management initiatives.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Computer literacy.
• Proactively takes the initiative.
• Able to resolve issues.
• Works well in a team and form solid relationships.
• A driven individual focusing on completing tasks in a timely manner.
• An organised individual with a hight attention to detail.
