Role title: Quality Controller (Electrical / Production)Location: Acton - West London facility.Salary: 32.5k per annumMon - Fri 8am - 4.30pmImmediate startBenefits: Auto enrolment Personal Pension Scheme (after 3 months or voluntarily earlier).Private medical insurance after qualifying period of 6 months.Profit and performance related bonus payable annually.Candidate Experience:Experience within a Quality Control / Production environment.Working in a ISO9001 environmentSkills:Computer (Windows & MS Office) literate.Significant experience of being part of a production quality inspection team.Capable of creative solutions.Experience of industrial quality environment (Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical).Ability to self-manage and prioritise time/workload and use initiative to find and provide solutions.Willingness to continually learn new skills/increase knowledge.Perfect knowledge of English (written and spoken).Role scope:

• In-process and final inspection of finished goods

• Analysis of production documentation accuracy

• Analysis of production Bills of Material for accuracy

• Training of Team Leaders to create an inspection team

• Liaison with Engineering department regarding documentation accuracy

• Identify and escalate quality issues with parts and components to QA colleagues

• Liaison with production operators and management regarding process issues

• Assist with in-process and final inspection training during new product introductions

• Assist with goods-inwards inspection
