Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality assurance protocols to guarantee compliance with industry regulations, including HACCP guidelines.

Duties

Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards. Analyse data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement effective quality assurance processes. Document findings and highlighting any discrepancies or areas of concern. Assist in training staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations and maintain accurate records of all quality control measures taken. Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required.

Experience

Previous experience in a quality control or assurance role is highly desirable. Familiarity with HACCP principles and practices is essential. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Proficient in using standard office software for documentation and reporting purposes.
