From modernising courses and the learning environment, to delivering brand new equipment and teaching in a world class, new state-of-the-art building our Faslane based team are playing their part to deliver better trained submariners to the frontline, faster.We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee and ensure the successful testing, evaluation, and approval of all Royal Navy Submarine Training Centre (RNSTC) programme deliverables for the transition of the Royal Navy Submarine School from the south coast of England to the west of Scotland. You will manage this process from start to finish and report directly to the Programme Director.This will be a home based role but involve extensive travel to the south coast of England and west of Scotland.The role is fixed term initially until December 2025Job title: Quality Assurance Lead:What youll be doing:

• Leading the development and delivery of the Integrated Test Evaluation Plan.
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Overseeing RNSTC work streams and partners to support acceptance activities.
• Ensuring evidence is collected and organized to meet verification and validation criteria.
• Developing and managing a plan to meet time, cost, and quality aspects of the RNSTC Programme.
• Presenting acceptance matters to the Technical Design Authority and other stakeholders.
• Leading the operational readiness plan for a smooth handover to operational teams.
• Developing contingency plans to address potential risks.

What were looking for:

• Previous experience working in complex large scale organisation
• Extensive experience of developing and implementing Integrated Test Evaluation and Acceptance Plans (ITEAP)
• Project/Program management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
• Previous experience of managing a team
• Any experience of working with the military particularly the Royal Navy would be highly beneficial
• Must be able to obtain UK SC clearance (potentially DV clearance in future)
