We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position involves analysing processes and products to identify areas for improvement, utilising HACCP principles, and implementing quality assurance protocols. Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyse data from inspections and tests to identify trends or issues that require attention. Implement and maintain HACCP plans to ensure food safety and quality assurance throughout production processes. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and develop solutions for improvement. Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, including recommendations for corrective actions. Assist in training staff on quality assurance practices and procedures. Participate in internal audits and assist in preparing for external audits as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Familiarity with HACCP principles and their application in quality assurance processes. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
