Qualified Social Worker - Court Team
Location: Exeter, Devon
Pay rate: Up to \xc2\xa344 + \xc2\xa3150 weekly expenses**

We are seeking experienced social workers to support a reduced caseload of children and young people in Devon who are subject to either care proceedings or the pre-proceedings framework. This is a fantastic opportunity to build meaningful and positive relationships with children, young people, and families; working closely with them to achieve positive outcomes that are family led, built on strengths, and achieve safety and stability keeping them safe through their childhood and beyond.

About our Teams;
Our Children and Families teams are responsible for managing child-in-need and child protection cases as well as cases in legal proceedings and looked after children. The casework is varied, and you will be working creatively to promote positive change within the home environment. Our Exeter teams of Social Workers, ASYE\'s and Family Practitioners are managed and supported by Team Managers, Advanced Social workers and our Specialist Assessment Practitioners.

You can hot desk from either office base in Exeter or there is flexibility around hybrid working. Remote working is supported as long as this meets the needs of the service and can be discussed on an individual basis.

** Pay is up to \xc2\xa344 dependent on experience. Accommodation allowance of up to \xc2\xa3150 p/w for those living 50 miles outside of Devon.

To be considered for this post you must be registered with Social Work England and at least 2 years post qualifying experience as a social worker.
