Position:

Pharmacy Dispenser + Counter Assistance

Location:

6 Chester Court, Albany Street, London, NW1 4BU

Hours:

Full Time - 44.5 hours

Salary:

12.50 - 13.50ph

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide advice and information to patients regarding their medications, including usage, side effects, and storage. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions dispensed and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of medications. Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Make trips to Harley Street to collect prescriptions or deliver medications as needed. Learn and understand the online pharmacy system to process and fulfil orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Provide customer support for online orders

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a pharmacy dispenser (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred). Fluent English (you will need to deal with telephone and email queries) - English MUST be a high level Excellent computer literacy (you MUST be technology friendly) Ability to work under pressure Strong communication and customer service skills, with experience in counter sales. Familiarity with online pharmacy processes is an advantage. Willingness to travel to Harley Street as required. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work as part of a team in a busy, dynamic environment. A caring and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
