Level 2, 18,000-22,000
Level 3, 20,000-26,000
Level 4+ Neg

Responsibilities

As a qualified member of staff you are responsible for:

Ensuring the safety and well-being of the staff and children in your care. Providing a safe, secure, caring and stimulating environment, within the framework of the EYFS Making sure that you meet the developmental needs of each individual child. Working closely with managers and other nursery staff to create a positive environment in the nursery and to build close ties and relationships with parents and carers

About you

You are Level 2 qualified in Childcare or higher You have experience working in childcare You are proactive in taking the initiative and you genuinely care about being part of a healthy work environment
To be a good fit you will have to be a good team player, self-motivated, having a friendly, warm attitude towards the children and your colleagues. You have to have a good understanding of child development and to create fruitful learning experiences while paying attention to health and safety norms and tasks.
