Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable qualified electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, experience with solar photovoltaic systems, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, safe installations. You will play a key role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Install solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, wiring, and battery storage systems. Perform electrical wiring, connections, and testing for solar installations. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with solar systems and related electrical components. Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and national electrical codes (e.g NICEIC) and solar industry standards. Read and interpret solar system designs, blueprints, and technical specifications. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and installation teams to ensure timely project completion. maintain accurate documentation of installations, maintenance, and repairs. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised work environment.

Experience

NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installation 1 - 2 Years electrical experience.
