We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality treatments. This position requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a commitment to patient well-being.
Duties
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment prior to patient treatment.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required.
Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with information about treatments and procedures.
Ensure the dental surgery is clean, organised, and compliant with health regulations.
Support patients throughout their visit, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient operation of the practice.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices.
Required for 4-5 days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Fridays) with option to work Thursdays
Hourly rate depending on experience
Requirements
Qualified Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental nurse (with previous experience).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to provide compassionate patient care and support.
Familiarity with Dentally is advantageous
A proactive approach to learning and adapting within a fast-paced environment.
