QOS and Compliance Officer - Fixed Term Contract

Kingston upon Hull , East Yorkshire

The QOS associate is responsible for assisting the QOS author by working with R&D category and operations teams to ensure the quality of module 3 submissions for the purposes of new product development license applications, global rollout of existing products and license renewals. The Compliance Officer responsibility involves managing the compliance of the Stability and Scientific Services Team, with the main aim being to achieve and maintain a position of zero overdue records and 100% inspection readiness.

• You are qualified to degree standard in a relevant scientific discipline
• You have experience in a product development environment (formulation and/or analytical).
• You have experience of working within a quality management system (ideally with direct experience of the QualityOne application).
• You have experience working with a document management system (ideally with direct experience of CARA) as well as Microsoft Office suite.
• Ideally you will have Experience working with module 3 documents, including authoring, reviewing and ideally approving
• You are an excellent communicator
• You have proven ability to prioritise work loads and are able to work under pressure
• You are results driven and self motivated
