Job Description

Catalent are currently recruiting for a QMS officer to join the Swindon site. The QMS Officer will perform various activities in the Quality team to support the running of the Quality Management System.

The Role:

• Investigation of customer complaints.
• Authoring Annual Product Reviews/PQRs.
• Administration of Management of Change process.
• Participate in the programme of internal auditing of Catalent UK systems and procedures.
• To work within current EHS law and guidelines, and company requirements in these areas.
• To arrange that all work is executed and recorded in timely fashion, having regard to cGMP, the business needs, and in accordance with any specific direction from line management.
• To perform any other duties as may be required by line management.

The Candidate:

• Higher education in a scientific subject or equivalent experience
• Report writing (essential)
• Complaints/investigations background
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages (essential)
• Experience working within a GMP environment (preferred)
