Hold stakeholder relationships with all the external platforms utalised within the QHSE function to ensure SLA\'s and KPI\'s are met
The Systems and Data Analyst is a key position which is responsible for the selection, management, and delivery of effective and efficient QHSE Systems. These may include but not be limited to reporting and document management systems
This will include being responsible for the service delivery, management systems upgrades and monitoring of effectiveness
The scope will also include engagement in the strategic planning and delivery of value through the use of the systems
Play a crucial cross-functional role in bringing together various data elements, generating reports, helping with development of dashboards, and analytics for the QHSE function
Main Duties
Transforming data as needed to achieve the desired delivery formats
Adhering to standard workspaces and presentation formats (including focused dashboards), publishing, and administering user access permissions
Development, training and coaching of systems users in the use and configuration of reporting dashboards to provide business specific analysis and MI data
Being pro-active in identifying added value opportunities
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Work closely with other functions to ensure the data sources are current and accurate
Support, develop and deliver a comprehensive QHSE Systems and reporting strategy for the business
Develop, Optimise and Manage the QHSE Systems to deliver maximum value outputs for the business
Represent QHSE Systems as part of the management team\'s
Ability to influence stakeholders providing support and advice where required
Management and reporting of agreed business QHSE KPI\'s through relevant systems
Support in the compilation of QHSE content of tender submissions and Group reporting requirements
Develop and monitor business key performance indicators (KPI\'s)
Compile QHSE Systems performance management reports highlighting achievements, trends and issues, and devise improvement measures as appropriate
What we are looking for
Essential to have experience of reporting and data manipulation via Power BI, PowerQuery
Essential to have experience of developing Power BI reporting
Desirable to have experience of KPI/KRI and Data Quality reporting
Ideally a graduate with a degree
You must be able to work to strict and tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A self-starter who is motivated, enthusiastic, organised, focused with attention to detail
Recognised HSE qualification would be preferred
Recognised Quality qualification would be preferred
Health and Safety responsibilities
Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times
Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system
