Job Overview:

As a QA Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities comply with relevant quality standards and project specifications. You will implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and work closely with the site team to ensure works are completed to the highest standard in accordance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards. Identify and report non-conformances, raise NCRs, and track closure actions. Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure QA procedures are followed. Review and maintain QA documentation including material certificates, test reports, and as-builts. Support internal and external audits. Ensure all QA records are properly compiled and stored for project handover. Provide training and guidance on QA procedures to site personnel as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience. CSWIP Level 3.0 required for weld inspection. Plan and track NDT percentages and liaise with NDT sub-contractor.
