Job Description

We are currently looking for a Quality Officer to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Dundee area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Quality Officer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Responsible for supporting the quality activities of the laboratory areas in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).

2. Carry out training for new personnel in the quality department in relation to GMP, GCP and GLP standards.

3. Perform any inspections and report the results back to the head of quality. As a result review and draw out conclusions to support any CAPAs and customer complaints.

4. Responsible to support the Quality Manager in customer audits and inspections of the facility.

Role Requirements

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Quality Officer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a life science background.

2. Proven industry experience Quality Assurance.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience in a GMP or GCP/GLP working environment.
