An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a thriving team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have be detail orientated and have a strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance. This role is based in Warrington and has 2 days of home working.

  • Processing, verifying, and posting receipts and payments
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Reconciling the company\'s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
  • Completing period-end closing procedures and reports
  • Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve financial objectives
  • Adhering to all company procedures and policies related to financial management
  • Managing vendor relationships and building effective partnerships
  • Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
  • A strong academic background in Accounting & Finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work efficiently under pressure
