Punch Press Operator
A busy manufacturing company in the Wolverhampton area is looking for experienced
Punch Press Operators
to join our day shift team.Key Responsibilities:
Operating punch press machines and other manual equipment Carrying out manual machining tasks Cutting materials to length using saws Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Measuring materials and performing basic calculations Packing finished products and preparing them for dispatch Performing general labouring duties as required Manual handling and heavy lifting
Requirements:
Previous experience operating a punch press and other industrial machinery Ability to work independently and use your own initiative Strong understanding of engineering drawings is essential A hands-on, practical approach to work
Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30 Friday: 07:30 - 13:30
Contract Details:
12-week Temp-to-Perm opportunity Permanent contract offered after a successful 12-week period
