Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pump Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical knowledge and demonstrate proficiency in various engineering tools and methodologies. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Duties
Create and interpret schematics for complex systems, facilitating effective communication of design concepts. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues within existing systems and propose effective solutions. Enhancing system design processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate logic controllers into system designs. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, fostering innovation within the engineering department.
Experience
Candidates should have a background that includes:
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in drainage engineering environments. Understanding quality in design specifications. Experience with root cause analysis techniques to troubleshoot engineering challenges. Knowledge of logic controllers and their application in system designs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
