Job Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic person to join our fantastic team to teach our popular Swim Academy classes for school aged children, aged 4 - 10 years. A passion for water, swimming and working with children is a must-have.

Ideally you will be ASA or STA Level 2 qualified with a positive can-do attitude, reliability, willingness to undergo further training and a flexible approach to working. If you don't have this qualification we can help you to source it.

The Puddle Ducks training consists of e-learning modules and a one day practical course (venue to be arranged)

Puddle Ducks provides all lesson plans and equipment.

This is a part-time role, hours are available on Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons at the stunning pool within Millwood Primary School plus the option of cover at other pools within the Lancashire franchise. In return we offer comprehensive ongoing training and support, a competitive salary starting at 15.25 per hour, increasing to 18.25 once lead teacher status achieved and to 21.25 after 1 year of teaching plus an extremely rewarding career.

We also have a similar role available at Birtenshaw School in Bromley Cross.

Six weeks holiday pay and a bonus scheme is also in place from April 2025
