\xe2\x80\x8bExciting opportunity for a Public Affairs Manager to join a high profile trade association in the drinks/hospitality industry.

You will be responsible for delivering the public affairs strategy that supports the core work of the Communications Department, as well as playing a key role in developing communications and media relations that promote the interest of the Association\'s members.

Key skills/responsibilities:

Working with policy makers and other key stakeholders at Westminster to promote the industry.

Responsible for line management of the Public Affairs Officer.

Work with key stakeholders in the devolved administrations to promote the industry.

Executing the organisation\'s campaigns, overseeing the design and print of campaign materials, organising events, conferences and seminars as required.

Advising team members on areas of political activity relevant to their policy specialisation.

Developing and monitoring the progress of the organisation\'s public affairs strategy

Experience working in the food & drink industry or a high profile trade association would be very helpful.
